It's 64, but CrAz3D's explanation is wrong.

the number bases are changing so that xbx = 16b10
take the first number in the series for example
11 in base 15 is equal to 16 in base 10
what base does 12 equal 16 in base 10? base 14
what base does 13 equal 16 in base 10? 13
what base does 14 equal 16 in base 10? 12
...
what base does 51 equal 16 in base 10? base 3

what's the next base then? the pattern is the last base - 1 so it's base 2.  I'll leave it up to you guys to solve this because it should be pretty obvious by now.

Unfortunately, the symbol "5" doesn't exist in base 3. Your series should be:

11 12 13 14 15 16 17 20 22 24 31 100 121

No it doesn't  Hitman's post doesn't explain the 11...19 entries as part of the pattern.

The domain of the question requires a fitting pattern.  You can't just look at the last 5 entries and say you've figured it out.

oops... that's what I get for coming up with it off of the top of my head... but it's still a cool pattern
