This article seems to be slightly ironic - at least, Caterpillar is living up to what the movie says.

Suing someone over something that you feel is wrong is better  than doing nothing.

This opinion shocks and offends me, and I have suffered serious mental harm.  No one told me that opinions were going to be expressed on the message board, nor is it clearly posted on the forum or the main site that opinions may exists.

OK.

Of course you realize that threatening to sue and not following through with legal action is a crime.  Since you did not state that you were joking, we must assume a pending legal action.  If you do not sue, we will be compelled to notify the police in your district.
