I swear, this just ads to the case about people being sue happy & nutty people living in California.
You back into your own car & then sue the city (dude worked for the city)!?  That guy better not be expecting to have a job when this is all done & said.  I'd fire his backside for a few reasons:
#1He is an idiot
#2He destroyed private property with public property
#3He damaged public property
#4Unsafe driver
#5He is an idiot
