I agree.  However, I also think that having an entire thread donated to the discussion about it should be warning enough.    He's aware of the existence and how people have asked to ban him.  Let him mull it over for now.

Yes people can be that stupid... thats the sad thing. The scary thing is that some of them vote. But you are probably right about this guy.

Hmmwell, many people have had entire threads donated to discussion about them. They just haven't seen them. For the formality, he should be properly warned, in a private message.
