So waddaya think, will I ever get a response from these guys?

Hmm, just emailed [email protected] // got off the phone with them, after the same person just SYN flooded me (who also did it the other night to you guys because he's autobanned from the channel)

Atleast, I'm assuming this is a complaint about vl.com being attacked?

Yes.  You will get an email in about 3-5 days asking you for server logs showing the attack.  I had previously sent a complaint to cox.net about someone attacking a particular service, and that's how long it took them to respond.

After I sent the logs proving the attack, I never heard from cox.net again, and the connection attempts continued from the same IP for months.

I already attached a log sample with my initial email.  It is interesting that the flow stopped sometime between the time I sent the email and now.  Maybe Userloser scared him.  :)

I think this is where you keep sending them new mails with new logs until they do something about it...
