Georgia has one of the lower Gas Taxes in the Country.  I see it from as low as $1.70 (when there are several stations nearby competing) and as high as $1.85 (near busy interstate offramps).

No seriously, I've pumped gas at that gas station. It's on the north side, next to the park at which the event I work for early in the summer takes place.
