ahhh!!

I would suggest to make a new topic for supporting replaced?

this topic is just making longer and losing its original track.

Its not nice to start reading this topic then ending with this kind of questions :(.

I know this sounds really stupid, but what does the 'Q' represent?

$_GET['Q']

Q = variable you request for example: site.com/?Q=blah

Q = 'blah'

it's not like the format to an mng file is secret, or anything. you can quit guessing, and just use google.
Yeah.. Ofc its not a secret, i never said it was :)
But i persionaly would rather try figger this stuff out rather than useing google, it makes good practiss and cures bordom.
Cant always rely on somthing like google to answer every question you have, what about when it cant answer it? :P
Just thought by shareing this, it might help some people with adding MNG support to their bots, is all.

lol easy, when google cant answer your question then you try to figure it out yourself, if you have any troubles then you ask here :).

@Vuther.de -- just curious; why don't you use BNETDocs?

because he memorized all the packets structures.

They matched my values, or the ones from your log?
If they matched my values then you're converting them improperly when inserting them into your buffer I would presume. Which is probably why Mexico has a ? in it because I *think* the e has an accent on it. Anyways, as I do not program in .net languages, I'll have to turn this over to Mynd

Thought that doesn't explain why your checksum is also wrong.

Hdx thanks for the help, i just figure it out, it was the valuestring that i wasnt parsing correctly (i dont know why, i had to build a new method) also to myndfyre and Rob :).

With those values your results should be:
Ver: 0x010f0201
Che: 0x0f00c978
Str: 0a 64 2e a3 86 4f 64 43 56 da 50 5a fa fc 75 3c         .d...OdCV.PZ..u<

How are you preforming the check revision?

On an unrelated note, Why does "Mexico" have a '?' in it?

mm i dont really know i am using SystemGlobalization: RegionInfo, but that shouldnt affect the response from 0x51, also i am using MBNCSUtil (By Myndfyre) and using DoLockdownCheckRevision, the weird thing is that i compared the values from the crev and it matched perfectly, i dont really know what it is :(.

So who have passed the challenge so far?

I know the solution of 0x02 is temprorary right now since you need to do things related with the modules.

Battle.net Bot Development / Re: MCP Packet Exist?
September 11, 2007, 03:49 PM
Yah that was few years ago when i started (4 years ago), now i came back and all persons with character makers... and got accounts/cdkeys banned and also the connections that were on same ip logged into bnet got banned, also some other people have reported they got their accounts banned and they dont load character makers.. so that means a rep was on a bad mod yesterday :].

Edit: Thanks for ur post UL.

Edit2: By the way , have anyone have noticed a non-documented mcp packet? like starcraft that there is 2 packets that i know off that arent public documented.

Well, it's just a guess based on common sense and some past experience, but Blizzard tends to pay attention to things like that, and they do take action, unlike a lot of other game companies who just don't give a damn.

Yah i thought the same, well thanks alot :].

That might be action by an actual person, then. If they noticed unusual amounts of a packet coming from certain users (based on cdkeys), they most likely would want to put a stop to it. It's common sense not to piss them off like that -.-

I thought that too, but u know people spreading rumors, dont know if they are true or not >< just wanted to confirm, as far as i know this is the best place to confirm this :].
