OB-GYN = obstetrician gynecologist

OB-GYNs look at female's genetalia for problems amoung other things.

Bush is not an OB-GYN but what he said is extremely funny if you understand what an OB-GYN does.  Watch it again.

I know what an OB-GYN does, I used to work for a Perinatal home health care facility, and I didn't find any humor in what he said.

Yes... Would be strange if everyone was supposed to have a passion for their work, except for an OB-GYN.
