EternalChat Bot Issue

I made a new account that i want to use for my eternalbot, i fill the info on b.net setup
and when i click connect
i get an error saying, account already exists, but i know i typed the account and password correctly
Bot only works with old accounts..with victories etc.

how can i fix this?

I'm not sure if EternalChat has this option, but if it does make sure you dont have "Create account" checked. If you do, it will try and create the account you entered and since you already made the account, you will recieve that error

If your password contains alpha chars, make sure you type them in lowercase. (I think.)
