Whoo trust!

Maybe lean on your parents with something like "If I have a car I can get to swimming & mom won't have to take me plus I can get myself to my job WHEN I get one" (NOTE: you should get a job shortly there after or you look stupid)

The pool is only about half a mile away, so that's not really an excuse. I've tried the job-thing AFTER wards, but my track record proves that I won't do something after I get what I what I want. Of course, this is different in my eyes, but not hers. Besides, there's plenty of places I can work that are right around the corner she says.

CrAz3D

boo, find a job working for a lawyer or politician.  My friend was pulling down like $15 during campagin 04 working for congressman Steve Pearce...but he took off the fall semester of college to do that cause they traveled alot

Lawyer would work, my mom knows enough of them, but I don't know how useful I'd be part time as a runner or whatever. You work at a law firm, what do you think?

CrAz3D

Like all of the runners around here are part time, unless you're a runner/recptionist.  There wouldn't be enough for you to be full time.  My boss' son used to come in at about 350 (after school) & then leave @ 5pm.  You could try to find a lawyer to do something nice like that

I'm gonna ask about that then. Since then I'd have to get a car to get the job, not the other way around. :)

It all comes back down to the car thing, eh?

I'm a level 3 4 Warrior (duh) Alliance on Thunderlord. Only died like 15 times and did a bunch of quests.

PLUS I learned how to dive under water! (Only to get owned by a mage, great)

Warning: This is going to be pretty long, and is mostly directed at CrAz3D. I would have just contacted him privately, but other people here have sorta-helped with this whole girl circle that I'm stuck in.

So, I went to the party - the one my friend was throwing. I was going to go to the one my moms friend had, they only went to the kids one not the adults and were home about 7:15. My mom was kind of stumbling in and went to bed, she had had a few too many glasses of wine apparently. Worked in my favor, even though I didn't know it yet. My dad had only had a few beers and when he first got home he seemed pretty irritable, but he went out on the back porch and started watching football. I was trying to figure out how I was going to get to the party, I really didn't want to go with my dad since he at first was acting more aggressiveish (not in a violent way) than normal - plus that'd leave my sister here with my mom in bed and really no supervision. So then I go out on the porch a few times, and finally he's like "I know why you keep coming out here, I know what you're thinking. You want to discuss you getting a car without your mom around."

"Uh, no. I want to borrow the car. You see there's that Halloween party tonight my mom said I could go to."
"[gave him party details]"
"ok,  just don't tell your mom" (shortened)

Sweet! My first semi-long trip driving by myself. I was pretty nervous. I went as Bush, just khakis and a dress shirt, with my Republican tie, Bush-Cheney 04' sticker, and Bush mask. Pretty simple. The actual driving part wasn't important (though I did make one error and a lady gave me a bad look. Oh well.)

The party was kinda lame, when I got there everyone loved my costume and stuff (though most people there were Democrats.) Anyway, so Erin's (girl who threw the party) mom wanted to take a picture. So I stand there. Next thing I know I feel an arm over my shoulder and something touch my crotch. W00t.

Calli was standing next to me, with her arm around me, and her leg up bent in front of me (ala western prostitute style.) Sweet. Another girl said her leg wasn't right, and she said it was because she was falling. I took the initiative, being the gentlemen that I am, to assist her by putting my arm around her. Yes. Go me, too bad the party peaked there and went downhill. But still, I have a picture (well, Erin's gonna give me a copy) of Calli, in a french maid costume (which btw, rocked. Especially when she stood up and I sat down. She had shorts on underneath so I  didn't see anything, she has nice legs though.), with her arm around me and her leg in front of me. I had my Bush mask on though, which sucks, but not as much as if this hadn't happened. The rest of the time I spent trying to think of something to say to Calli, but all I could think of was debate stuff.

Why?

Callis best friend, Scarlet, is quitting debate. My debate partner said he might quit. I want him to quit, because then I'm Calli's partner. Everyone pretty much thinks this is what is going to happen. I hope it does.

We talked for a few seconds about it. Then kinda stopped. Either she was staying around me or I was intentionally staying around her. Or both, dunno. But we didn't talk. She acted like I do around Kristen, mostly avoiding eye contact and talking to the other people instead. I asked her which Affirmative case we were gonna use, and she just said she couldn't think about debate now. (I'M SUCH A DORK, BUT I COULDN'T THINK OF ANYTHING. STRIKING UP CONVERSATION IS MUCH HARDER WHEN HER FRIEND IS CLINGED TO HER.)

Shortly after this Calli called her mom to come get her, I definitely should have offered her a ride home. Damn me. When she was saying bye to everyone, at least the people in the circle I was in. She gave one guy a hug bye, another one more of a "Bye Jake!" and then she looked at me, paused "bye matt, sorry I can't think about debate now."

Then some other stuff happened, like me text messaging Newby about how I suck at life. And then I go out and stand around Angela/Calli and Angela tells me to go away because they're talking about "adult stuff" (alcohol, I think.) I told them it was fine, that I get crunk all the time. That didn't fly. I walked away and called Angela a hoe. I text messaged newby again, walk back where the other people are, and then go back out to them. Calli says that she can't talk about debate now, and I said something like "Yeah, I don't really want to talk about it." [somethingelse might have happened, I don't think so.]

Oh yeah, I was looking in the mirror and Angelas bra was sticking out and Calli motioned for angela to fix it(I didn't even notice the bra until calli did that.) I hope they don't think I was looking. Ewwwwww.

Then Callis mom came, she didn't even tell me bye again!

So, then I came home shortly after since the main reason I went had left. I didn't crash either.

Oh yeah, I posted the whole Chelsea thing here before. I made a dumb error. "Hey, Calli, guess who Shawn (my debate partner) saw last night at Chickfilla(sp?)"
"My sister?"
"Yeah!"
"Uh, sounds fun. [semi-walksaway]"

I then realized how incredibly stupid it was for me to talk to a girl that I kind of like, about her SISTER, Chelsea, who I [semi-jokingly] like, and Calli knows about that (and I think is starting to doubt the jokingly part.) Hopefully she walked away because she thought I was uninterested in her or something.

---

Tonight I realized three things:
1) I'm a better driver than I thought.
2) I really think that I like Calli more than I thought. (I had a dream with her, and me kissing her a lot (on the cheek, without reply, and she had a boyfriend,) last night too. That must mean something.
3) Damn, she needs to wear a French maid costume more often.

No, I won't post the picture here but a select few will get it. :)

I'm curious as to what she looks like. :( Well, pertaining to the conversation aspect, use general ice breakers. i.e., TV, music, movies, etc. Those always seem to work for me.

Would have if I had a chance, maybe, it seemed she didn't leave Angela's side.

Newby finds her more attractive than I do, so he wants one for his porn folder. =\

CrAz3D

Many points to make, but most of all "WHOO TRUST!"

1) Awesome on the driving, at least you now know that your dad is cool w/you driving
2) Heh, funny costume.  But they are liberals, not all Democrats hate Bush ;)
3) Dude, fucking high-five on the Calli touching your crouch!  She wanted to, she did, she wanted a reaction of some sort I'd spect
4) I've found (through horrible never ending experience) that school stuff isn't always the best to talk about, a real conversation killer.  Talk about random shit that happens to you, ask her about random shit that might happen to her
5) I think the "adult stuff" they were talking about was you...possibly

Hope you had fun eh

I left my cell phone in the car, and I went out to get it. I left the mask inside, when I came back they had put it on a pumpkin and were putting plastic bugs on it, and a hand out of its mouth. (Well, the really liberal Jew and some other girl, not everyone.)

Quote3) Dude, fucking high-five on the Calli touching your crouch! She wanted to, she did, she wanted a reaction of some sort I'd spect

I do beleive it was an honest accident, I mean, she was putting her leg up like she would in a normal pose, probably lost balance or something. Oh well. I'm more physced about her just randomly (well, not really randomly, but without asking) coming up to me and putting her arm around me. Who does that?!

Quote4) I've found (through horrible never ending experience) that school stuff isn't always the best to talk about, a real conversation killer. Talk about random shit that happens to you, ask her about random shit that might happen to her

Listen, I've realized this by now. I wanted something that we had in common and was easy to talk about, especially around everyone else.

Quote5) I think the "adult stuff" they were talking about was you...possibly

Maybe, but I think they were talking about anothoer party. Angela was thinking up some scheme to throw a party in some guy she knows house while he was away for four days.

QuoteHope you had fun eh

Not really. The most fun I had was my entrance.

Trust fucked up

stfu. (what part are you referring to?)

By the way, my mom found out. My stepdad told her last night when she woke up at like 11, and then I guess again this morning (as I mentioned before, she wasn't all there last night.) This morning she came upstairs and apologized for not taking me to the party and stuff, and how she was sorry I missed it. (I knew something was probably up.) Then she asked me if I had something to tell her, I said no, she asked again, I said no. "Are you sure?" "David told you didn't he." Then she got mad at my dad for encouraging me to lie and be deciteful.(sp?) It wasn't bad though, she wasn't really mad I don't think.
