Deleted 1900 accounts today by the following criteria.

*  All users not logged in within last 600 days, regardless of post count.
*  All users not logged in within last 100 days, who have 0 post count.
*  All users from 15 domains noted to be spam bot registration domains.

Those 15 domains have been banned from the board.
