Well, its just that a huge % of peoples threads, Akamas makes off topic. He does give everyone information time to time but look at this. Im not responding to the origonal question of this post am I? No...because now everyone is responding to someones off topic post, which recks threads.

As long as it happens only a little, moderators can deal with it. Good forum ban candidates are the ones who only bring threads off-topic, hardly ever respond to the on-topic parts of a post.

Yes. He personally doesn't like me and trust(hismajesty.) for things that happened on slacktech ircd. So ever since then he argues on the forums.

Yes, he has problems with several people here (syslink, Newby, Trust, to name a few).
