I'd rather play on the real servers with thousands of times more content. Playing on a crappy "private" server just wouldn't do it for an MMORPG.

Can you get WoW yet. Thought it was only at Beta stage. If it is public where can i get it?

Well, I think that these people are alpha / beta or whatever testers. No, its not out yet.

If it were public, it will obviously be at the main site, and if you can't figure out what the main site is, go kill yourself

You can't just "set up" a private server. All the code for the server has to be written from scratch, as well as code for the server-side content(NPC's, items, mobs, quests).

there are servers out that you can use for wow beta probably dosent have much for content though.

I'm not even auth'ed for the beta yet, plus playing on a private server, are you nuts? That'd be boring!

I forgot about this thread, as for playing on the server, I am a server developer.

can someone plz tell me (or pm me) where the site is that has the WoW server and the information to download and stuff?

Such information if posted publicly on this forum will be deleted as soon as I see it.
