Go ahead use what ever you want. But please use something that you actually made.

When you post your picture lable them 1, 2 etc.
For people that are rating them put the name in and out of 10, e.g. Joe #2 8/10.

Rules;
1) Cant have anyone make them for you
2) Cant take them from a site

The prize is TBA.

The better ones are #1 (lacking some smoothness), #4 (though I'm guessing you didn't draw the creature), #10 (would be better without text).

#5 looks one of the images that those anti-robot verification scripts make (where you have to type a number or a string, and you get an image where it's human-readable but not easily machine-readable).

#7 is painful to look at.

#11 has potential to be awesome. (Without the silly text.)

I don't do graphics myself, but I'll send NC a link to this thread (I have lots of his work on my HD but don't want to post in his name).

That's simple, both of you seem to use the same basic idea: either take a picture or pictures you didn't create that look cool, and then type some text next to them; or type some text, add 3-4 filters, *maybe* move a layer, and call it masterful.

I don't mean to be all flamey but it really bothers me when people call either using other's work and adding a word to it or clicking 'OK' on a built-in filter "making art".

It looks like all but pixel.gif fall under the two broad categories.

Hahah sure whatever. Everything I showed you up top I made all on my own. I dont really care what you think so dont bother to post in this thread if your going to critize us about our work. Why dont you got and check DarkVirus's forum and you will notice how I made a thread such as "heres your requested sigs Chris", then tell me I took someone elses work

Bloodrush looks like the Canadian flag, distorted.
Actually, so does rushedliquid, it looks like the Toronto Maple Leaf's logo.

When I was still interested in photoshop this is pretty much the extent of what I did, they are both derived from pretty much the same point but two different paths.
