What finger/tool do you use to dig those pesky boogers from your nose?

I use my index finger for general cleaning of the main cavity.  To get a bit deeper penetration, I will use my pinky finger.  For those tough to get bastards I bust out the Q-Tip cotton swab and give my entire sinus cavity a good workout.

Please let us know your technique.  Pics are recommended.

I made this about 6 years ago:

I hold my nose and blow into a tissue

Generally, on the rugby field ill just place a finger firmly over one nostril, and take a deep breath... I let out as much air as fast as I can through my nose. Normally, green slimy goo with fly every which way.... I recommend wearing some sort of eye protection.

Q-Tips don't work, they make me sneeze.  Well, I guess they work indirectly.

I usually just end up with a headache if I try that

headache, or if my nose is really stopped up, my ears do that popping there. either way i like to stick with sucking the snot back down into my throat, and swallowing.

That's disgusting

A little cocaine will do wonders for clearing you sinuses out!  

so will most spices.
