Im in Ontario and when my brother was 18 he could drink. Anyway hes twenty now.

Either Ontario or Quebec is, for sure, because people who live in Ottawa-Hull who are 18 always migrate to one half of the city to drink

Quebec is 18. Most 18 year olds from around here migrate to Montreal on march break to drink.

I never understood the 21 drinking age here in the US; Isn't it 18 in most of the rest of the western hemisphere?  If you're old enough to serve in the army and die for your country, aren't you old enough to have a beer?
