what packet do you send to get when account was created?
and which does it return to receive data>?

Look up the SID_READUSERDATA packets on bnet docs:

Within that, look at the "System\Account Created" key.

This tells you everything you need to know.

It works for me even if I'm not logged in. All I need to do is login, and it then brings me to the correct page.
