Rogers Parental Control screw up Registry?

Hi, I'm extremely pissed off at my mom for even touching my computer letalone loading it with rogers yahoo shit. Anyway, I couldn't uninstall it properly since I needed a password so I ened up ending its process then deleting it. I spent like 30 min on the phone with a rogers numb nut then having him transfer me to someone smarter because he was stupid and then I found out that it has probably locked up my sockets in my registry because it wasn't uninstalled proprly and a ton of other crap to prevent me from connecting to the internet. I do not want to reformat or have to back up all my files. Please help, Thanks.
