I'm looking for people to test the new Oper plugin.  Oper adds automoderation functionality to SphtBotv3 (or any bot which supports BinaryChat plugins).  Detailed information about what is supported so far will be provided to testers.

I'd be open for testing this as current bots out there aren't the most stable and  this project seems to have a lot of potential.
