CSB and aim source codes

Cupcake ( Cuphead ) left these with me a long time ago and said I could release them, there's only source, no binaries, so you can be sure there's no virus or anything.  Look at the code, you can see it's his, and he wanted you all to have them and ya thats all i have got to say
