Log on W3 Auto IP Ban Ever Resolved?

I remember a while ago Kane had a problem in which he was being IP banned as soon as he entered chat [0x0A], this suddenly started happening for me recently, and I was wondering if it was ever resolved. Because I would like to get rid of this problem ASAP, and no I have not made any changes recently to my bot, it happens in my old exe's as well sometimes.

Is that logging on W3? It seems to only happen to me on W3 when I logon certain names. For example when I logon my name that's in a clan, after I receive 0x7F for the first time, saying to myself I am online I get disconnected right there. But I have another name that it happens to as well that is not in a clan.
