memorial day is the day where we honor all of the fallen vetrans.
Actually everyone just goes out on the lake and gets drunk, but hey it is in the name of patriotism :P

Memorial day yes. A day to remember all those who have died for our country, if you disagree and disrespect, you might as well just leave this country.. or atleasy keep your disgraceful mouth closed.

Well I wasn't lying. If you think going to a lake and getting drunk is respectful then so be it.  I am not complaing, I like memorial day. I just see it for what it is.

You see it for what it is.... interesting. Has anyone in your family ever done anything for this country? or just mooched off of it? This is not a hit, but if you've had loved ones die in previous wars, you would *really* "see it for what it is"

My Great-Grandfather was in ww2 and my grandfather was in nam.
My step-dad is in the military as well. But he is a DR. so I don't think that counts.
