You should make a command like /imdsay on, to set it so you don't have to use /say. Also, today when I use it I get this.[15:28:21] <No Name> .
[15:28:21] /say .
When I should be getting <Archonist>, not <No Name>.

Reconnect the bot and that should solve the No Name. :)
