Mephisto

Does anyone on these boards know where this ASCII strand came from:

Œˆ†‡€¨†?€Š°Ÿ?–?¬‡ˆ,£¥µ¼ª¡‰...Š››‹µ??º°•ˆ™¤†Ÿ£Ž...¡³‡€¥˜¨»¢"©€µ˜œ€¶°?€?¾¸´±™¨£',,,¦¢ €ª¿ˆ‰®"‰¬ª³'½?¦'¦Š¾Š˜–?•´‹,,‹±–´•¨'šµ¹œ¿‡œ—»¢©µ"€,,²Ÿœ'¨'£¦Ž£¨˜œ°·Ž‰¼...?€ƒ¢º,,œ¹?ˆ°±˜²,µ½ƒŸ?°¼º?¦£,¸†©€ ,,'

I've seen it in a vast majority of profiles, and was just curious as to who came up with it, what does it mean, and why so many choose to have it in their profile.

K

I believe that is an RSA public key; chances are it's different in everyone's profile you've looked at, you just didn't notice.

Adron

It comes from me and soul.

That particular one is Skywing's public key, because I recall you put it in your profile for some reason... You'd need the private key in order to make any use out of it.

Which is silly because only Skywing would be able to read messages intended for Mephisto, who would not be able to read them either.
