What is starcraft Japan and is it different from just Starcraft?

it is normal starcraft, except all the people have little japanese voices (the terran scv's sound so fuckin funny!) the game was never released with an updater, so its very very old and buggy. The gui is tweaked a little differently than normal starcraft, some of the maps are a bit different, and because of starcraft UTF-8 bug, it displays some very weird colors sometimes, for no reason. Other than that, its just like playing a game of starcraft.
