It wouldn't hurt to have some computer savvy people in the courts. Nor would it hurt if people sued each other less.

That's sad. Plus, they bust this guy for sending only 5,000 emails? Shit I get 20+ junk emails a day and I don't see those people being thrown in jail. In addition to this he was trying to help the company, you don't see him passing this info to a person who would actually use it - but to the people that would complain to the company to fix it. Corporations seems so stupid, maybe it's because of their underworked-overpayed CEOs.

Sounds like when I got suspended for disclosing security holes in school, because obviously I would have had to use them to discover them!
