Problem with SCGP client and bnls

I tried all of servers listed here, none works

What Do I Do Wrong?

You need to use a Working/Active BNLS Server.

SCGP dont accept any BNLS server.
I tried to connect to BNLS port - it's ok, so the problem must be at SCGP...

You messed up the connection then or your connecting to a downed BNLS server.

Unless you have a firewall blocking your connections.
