Not Receiving Data

Ok, sorry I'm posting so many questions, I'm just developing my first bot and im trying to get a good start. I just have to get past the first few obstacles, and this question seems really stupid.

I'm not receiving any data from Battle.net when I send 0x50. Here's the packet log:
