An error with profilelauncher ( SphtBotv3 )

it happens when i try to install or remove or start profilelauncher...
i used to start launcher before i restart my pc... after that.. i have that error... i install all vb files needed to start... maybe... maybe.. im not sure if i install somethin that makes profilelauncher give me an error.

i just need a way to keep my cdkey currently being used by a bot.. clientless bot like sphtbotv3. or any other clientless... but.. however i have 4 set of key ... so thats why i was using profilelaunch.. cuz i can run more then one sphtbotv3.
