C Compilers

Anyone know of good resources to find less  intimidating C-Compilers, because visual c++ is far to complex for my level.

I'd suggest you learn how to use it. If you must insist, search for dev-C++ on download.com

Use textpad/GNU c++ (win32 version)

Or if you want to be a real man use Linux/vi/gnu c :-)
This'll make an interesting test for broken AV:

if you want a pure C compiler try Turbo C, it's free.

*to install it correctly put the files from 3 disks in to the same folder and then run install.exe
