Overall logon sequence. Help requested.

Would someone be able to tell me the basic logon sequence for a STAR/SEXP/D2DV/D2XP session with Battle.net implementing BNLS?
I just really don't feel like looking up the individual BNLS corrosponding messages on BnetDocs.

Although you at one point in time were in no mood to perform a specific task, it doesn't mean that you will be in that same mood another. So don't tell us about that mood during the time you are experiencing it, let it pass.
