Quotes?

Drop the following controls on the form and name them the same as I have here:

Winsock - ws
ImageList - ImageList1
RichTextbox - rtbChat
Label - lblSend caption="&Send"
TextBox - txtSend
ListView - lvChannel

My question is do I need to use the quotes in the caption (Label - lblSend caption="&Send")

This: &Send
or
This: "&Send"
