Unicode -> UTF8 but no UTF-8 -> Unicode?

Ive got ATLUnicodeToUTF8 but nothing like the reverse. Anyone know it off the top of their heads?

Couldn't you use MultiByteToWideChar(CP_UTF8, ...)?
