He's not AFK all the time. Join Clan [vL] and chat with people, hopefully they won't ban you while you wait for him

im im Mertox[Fa] and it seems [Fa] isn't safelisted nor i guess the name, so thats going to be a bit difficult

Of course not.  Only members receive safelist.  However, if you really want to be listed, I'm sure I could arrange for you to be banlisted.  Let me know.
