Its under the server news. Basically, it says "Due to the fact that we made soo much downtime, we're going to make more. Thank you."

Yeah, didn't exactly make an impact on my level 7 mage, which I ended up deleting shortly after. I'm now Joetheodd @ Hijal, where my friend MetaL MilitiA plays. Hes giving me a few pieces of gold. <3
