BNLS Authorization Problems

The BNLS authorization list appears to have been completely emptied somehow (which is why its been rejecting some logins).

I'll restore accounts on an individual basis (don't post here) if you've been having problems logging in.

I'm not sure what happened so I can't tell you if we'll be able to bring back the entire database again.
