I found this link on Slashdot.org. I encourage you guys to try to figure it out. It took me about 30 minutes including writing the code. If you do find it out, either post it on another page with a disclaimer or just say you found it.

Took me 5 minutes, 2 and a half to realize that I read the question wrong, 30 seconds to rewrite it, 1 minute to find a longer value of E, and 1 in assorted IMs.
