Microsoft programs have a history of failure to interoperate cleanly with non-Microsoft implementations of the same standard.  I wonder if this means $t0rm is in fact a Microsoft program?

It means the majority of the world in which I deal with (non-embedded/mainframe) runs Microsoft programs.

One of the questions is:

I've often heard that computer viruses can severely slow down your computer and impede your ability to work effectively.  If this is true, then isn't Microsoft Windows a virus?
