XP error

I got home today and saw this error box on my screen and I swear it wasn't there when I left. This is the first time I've gotten that error, what causes it?

XP is full of errors, I get similiar errors all the time.

The ones I'm used to getting are from programs I run.

Oh thats nasty. I used to get that, I had another one it would screw up iis. It would force me to reboot sometimes. I would say the best thing to do would be to reinstall if this keeps up.

I had it happening all the time, I would just not click do not send error report or send error report, because right after I did it would cause me to restart. But eventually I would have 50 error messages on my screen. I shoulda taken screen shots.
