Do KBK and PGL players still exist? Also, if they don't, does StarCraft still support them?

Their icons aren't in icons.bni so maybe not.

Does anyone have the old KBK Player/KBK Official icons so I can add them to my client?

Yes, last part of STAR/SEXP/JSTR/W2BN statstrings contain the icon of the user.
