Icons became fuzzy?

Not too long ago, my clan icons, friend list icons and stat icons became very fuzzy looking and blurry, I didn't remember changing anything so I am pretty confused. Is there like a brightness adjustment or something for image lists, because mine is just too dark all of the sudden
