icons_star.bni | Icons.bni

icons_star.bni looks fine.  Those are the World Cyber Game icons.  Looks like you have an old version of icons.bni which doesn't include The Frozen Throne icon.

correction 2 of the 12 east servers have old icon files and have been reported.
