MSINET Documentation

I searched high and low but I can't find any really good documentation about using msinet. I want to know how to every there is to know about this control. I generally want to know how to upload a text and download one. Perhaps it's possible to log users who use a application in a text file? Who knows, definetly not me. If anyone can find good documentation please post the URL or maybe your own tutorial here? Thank you!

I'm not sure how good this tutorial is, as I havn't read it, but hopefully it has enough information for you to learn something. Hope this helps.
