Free Windows mail server?

I had thought SendMailNT was free, but it is not.  Anyone know of a free Windows 2000/2003 mail server, preferably with source?

I'm probably wrong, but I thought IIS could handle mail, can't it?

Xmail is a free mail server that runs on Windows, and comes with source.

If you do a search for LumiSoft Mail Server, it's a free .NET server that comes with source code.

But then, if all you want is mail delivery, there are free options that will work, so no need to hack out commercial ones ;)
