Login box problems

Okay, i'm having problems w/ a login thing.  The site should look like this http://www.gtcom.net/~clanbiolords/EdsonsRaiders/index.html but with the login box under ER Channel ... instead it looks like this http://www.gtcom.net/~clanbiolords/EdsonsRaiders/index2.html  can you help me out please? Just fix the html coding so that it looks alright and send me the file some how but uploading it to a website and give me link ... alright thanks.

Seems to me, just glancing real quick all your links are locally on your computer C: drive. You have to make the files in the same local directory and link them from there.
