Photoshop 7 Actions

I'm kind of new to Photoshop and I can't get my actions to load. I'm pretty sure I have them in the right directory. C:\...Photoshop 7.0\Plug-Ins\Adobe Photoshop Only\Actions. When I installed Photoshop there wasn't an Actions folder so I made one. Got any ideas?

Chances are if there wasn't a folder for it, it doesn't belong there.

Try finding the other 'actions' and which folder they are in.

The only actions folder I have in PhotoShop CS is
C:\Program\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Presets\Photoshop Actions and
C:\Program\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Scripting Guide\Sample Scripts\Visual Basic\create and execute action.
