Worm, not Warm.  Big difference.

And it didn't really restart your computer, that was just a side effect.  It crashed something that your computer needed to stay going, which caused it to restart.
This'll make an interesting test for broken AV:

From his description of the problem, it sounds to me less like a case of Blaster and more like a case of Win9x...
