the game is simple. you wait until the dot changes colour and click anywhere on the screen as quickly as possible.

I don't drink Caffeine!  And I did it right after I woke up, somewhere between hitting the snooze button the 15th time and taking a shower

wow, last one is the fastest by far!  For me, last one is the slowest because it confuses me for like .010 seconds (I like patterns, I guess)
