alternatives for UltimateBot

I'm looking for a bot that can keep a channel, with functions like mail and a recent userlist and such. Any suggestions?

See there's this war3 channel in USEast called Clan Nopeon, all the top ladder people go there -_- it'd be really neat to have a working bot there, instead of a chatbot

That way it could go to the channel?
