Muted Keys On Webbot

Hey, this has probley been posted, but I couldn't find it. Anyways my problem is I just got two keys muted/lost all privilages. One as Warcraft III other Diablo II. I bought both the games, so the keys weren't copys from somewhere. So my problem is how do you log on without getting sent to the void and getting muted?

Contact Blizzard technical support on a USWest server in channel Blizzard Tech Support.  Or get a new set of Cd-Keys to use.

I've read two posts now about people who use WebBot and get their keys muted, could be a coincidence, but do you think b.net reps are looking at http://www.valhallalegends.com/skywing/isapi/BinaryChatISAPI.dll?channelenum and banning keys of all the accounts on the list?

Banning and muting are different things. Anyways, I think they have better things to do then refreshing the availible channels page and muting each key that is on it.
